Alexa Internet – Alexa Internet, Inc. is a California-based subsidiary company of Amazon.com that is best known for operating a website that provides information on web traffic to other websites.
Ask.com (formerly Ask Jeeves) – Ask.com is a search engine started in 1996 by Garrett Gruener and David Warthen in Berkeley, California.
Baidu (Chinese) – Baidu is the leading Chinese search engine for websites, audio files, and images. Baidu offers 57 search and community services including an online collaboratively-built encyclopedia (Baidu Baike)
Cuil - is a search engine that organizes web pages by content and displays relatively long entries along with thumbnail pictures for many results.
Exalead (French) – Exalead is a French search engine involved in the Quaero project.
Google – Google search is a Web search engine owned by Google, Inc., and is the most used search engine on the Web. Google receives several hundred million queries each day through its various services.
Live Search (formerly MSN Search) – Live Search (formerly Windows Live Search and MSN Search) is the name of Microsoft’s web search engine, designed to compete with the industry leaders Google and Yahoo!.
Sogou (Chinese) – Sogou is a Chinese search engine which can search text, images, music, and maps. It was launched 4 August 2004 and is owned by Sohu, Inc., SoGou means “Search Dog” in Chinese.
Sohu (Chinese) – is a search engine company based in the People’s Republic of China. This company and its subsidiaries offer advertising, a search engine, on-line multiplayer gaming and other services.
Wikia Search – Wikia Search is a free and open-source Web search engine and a part of Wikia (originally Wikicities) operated by Wikia, Inc.
Yahoo! Search – Yahoo! Search is a web search engine, owned by Yahoo!, Inc. and is currently the second largest search engine on the web, after its competitor Google.
